As all of our products are Print-on-Demand (POD) and made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

• Personal preferences after receiving the product

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed to be our error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production.
